Marco Fiola (He/Him)

Marco Fiola has been the Principal of Glendon College, York University’s bilingual Faculty, since 2021. Prior to this, he held various administrative and academic positions at Toronto Metropolitan University. His background is in translation and interpreting. He is a certified translator and terminologist (Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario) and was a member of the Board of ATIO for several years, including two years as secretary-treasurer. He was also President of the Canadian Association for Translation Studies for three years. He holds a BA and an MA in Translation (Université de Montréal) and a PhD in Translation Studies (Sorbonne-Nouvelle). He is now happy to serve on the board of Youth Boundless and welcomes the opportunity to help others in leadership positions within this organization.
