Darrel Zehr (He/Him)
Darrel Zehr is a Founding Member and Board Chair of Youth Boundless, guiding the organization’s rebrand and transition from its Ugandan roots (formerly McBern Foundation) to an Ontario-based charity focused on transforming the lives of marginalized young adults. Darrel serves as National Account Manager at Newell Brands, where he brings more than three decades of sales and marketing leadership—spanning national account management, brand strategy, and execution—to Youth Boundless’ governance, strategy, and partnerships.
Darrel’s commitment to youth and community is longstanding. He served on the Board of Directors for The Peer Project / Youth Assisting Youth (2011–2022), helped lead refugee sponsorship initiatives through Metropolitan United Church (2015–2017; 2024–present), and supports Canadians & Refugees Building Bridges Together.
